Crockpot Jalapeño Popper Chicken Recipe

I love meals that start out one way, but could be served in multiple ways.  This Crockpot Jalapeño Chicken Recipe is the perfect example of that.  You start with these yummy sandwiches, but then can easily be served as a dip or even over rice or pasta.

This easy recipe only take a few minutes to prepare in the morning and you will be feasting on these rich and hearty sandwiches by the evening.  I can't wait to share it with you.  Here is how I make it.

TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE:

Q: Do you have to use jalapeños?

A:  No.  I have used a can of diced green chilies and it was fine.  If you are worried about the spice than just omit it all together, but if you remove the seeds it should be fine.

Q:  Do I have to make sandwiches with this?

A:  No.  This is great as a dip, over rice, or mixed in with pasta.

**BONUS**

I also think adding a packet of ranch to this elevates the flavor, but if you don't have it on hand I wouldn't make a special trip for it.
