Cheesy Pork Chop and Rice Bake Recipe

You guys have been loving these quick, easy, and inexpensive meals this month!  I've enjoyed seeing all your pictures and hearing about what you have made!  Today's recipe for Cheesy Pork Chop and Rice Bake is something that, to be honest, I saw a while back on YouTube in one of those "What's for Dinner" videos.  I can't for the life of me remember who's it was, but if you know, would you please leave me a comment so I can give credit?

Anyway, when I saw this I immediately knew y'all would love it and I can't wait to share it with you so...

Let's get started!

For this Cheesy Pork Chop and Rice Bake Recipe you will need a few simple ingredients:

  • 4 Pork Chops, I used boneless center cut ones.
  • 2 cups Rice, cooked
  • 1 10.5 oz can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • French Fried Onions
  • Salt, Pepper, and Paprika, to taste

To begin, place your pork chops out on the counter to come to room temperature and season with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.

Next, pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Now, place a pan over high heat and add a little oil.

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

I used minute rice to keep this easy and timely.

Once the pan is nice and hot, brown the pork chops on each side, about 2 minutes per side.

Now place the fully cooked rice in the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Place the browned pork chops on top of the rice.

Mix the milk and cream of chicken soup together and pour over the pork chops and rice.

Top with the shredded cheese.

Sprinkle on your desired amount of french fried onions.

*This isn't a necessary step, but I think it adds a nice something, something to the finished product.*

Place the Cheese Pork Chop and Rice Bake into the oven uncovered.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

And there you have it!  A GORGEOUS Cheesy Pork Chop and Rice Bake!  Doesn't this dish look amazing!?!

Just scoop out your pork chops, a little rice and serve with your veggie of choice (I used a bag of steamable mixed veg here) and dinner is done!  I know you and your family are going to LOVE this dish so get in the kitchen and give it a try tonight!

And as always...
