INGREDIENTS:

For this Easy 10 Minute Chicken Noodle Soup in the Instant Pot Recipe you will need a few simple ingredients:

• 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 Onion, diced
• 1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
• 3 Carrots, diced
• 3 Stalks of Celery, diced
• 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
• 8 oz Egg Noodles
• 4 cups Chicken Broth
• 4 cups Water
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• 1 Tbsp Knorr Chicken Bullion Powder (optional)
• Salt and Pepper, to taste
• Handful of Fresh Chopped Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Sauté the Aromatics:  Set your Instant Pot to the sauté setting and heat the olive oil.  Add the onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant and translucent, about to 2 minutes.  Stir in the carrots and celery.  Saute for another 2 minutes. 
2. Add in the Chicken:  Add the chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.
3. Add the Spices:  Add the spices to the chicken.  Something I HIGHLY recommend using is the Knorr chicken bouillon powder it add A LOT of flavor.  
4. Add the Noodles:  Pour the UNCOOKED noodles over the chicken and spices. 
5. Pour in the Broth:  Add the Chicken and Broth and Water to the Instant Pot.
6. Pressure Cook:  Secure the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes do a quick release.  
7. Garnish and Serve:  Once the pressure has released remove the lid.  Remove the chicken and shred.  Return the chicken to the insert.  Add the chopped parsley.  Stir and Serve.
