Ranch Pork Chop Sheet Pan Meal with Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts

Can I be honest with you for a minute?  I had this grand plan for an entire month of freezer meals in September.  You know, so I could help save you time as you ease back into the school year.  However, I have made a very interesting discovery.  I STINK AT FREEZER MEALS.  I don't know what it is, but NOTHING has been turning out right.  So I have decided to throw in the towel and give, what I think, is the next best thing...Sheet Pan Meals.  And this Ranch Pork Chop Sheet Pan Meal with Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts is one of our absolute favs!

Packed full of big flavor, this complete meal is made on one pan in minutes.  Oh, and did I mention that clean up is a breeze!?!  I know you are going to love this one so...

Let's Get Started!

Ranch Pork Chop Sheet Pan Meal with Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts:
*Prep Time: 10 min *Cook Time: 40 min *Difficulty: Easy *Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 Pork Chops ( I prefer boneless, but you can use any kind you like)
  • 1 lb Brussel Sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (I like the multi-colored baby one)
  • 1 1oz Package of Ranch Mix (or 3 Tbsp)
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2-3 Tbsp
To begin you will need to preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Next line your sheet pan with parchment paper or foil, and place the potatoes and brussel sprouts to one side.  Line the pork chops on the other.

Now drizzle the extra virgin olive oil all over everything on the pan.

Combine all of the seasonings in a small bowl and mix them together.

Season the potatoes and brussel sprouts liberally.

Next, using your hands, toss them around so that everything is coated in the oil and seasonings.

Now season the pork chops on both sides.

Place the sheet pan into the preheated oven.

Bake for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes remove the tray from the oven, toss the vegetables, and flip the chops.

Place back in the over for another 15-20 minutes.

And there you have it!  Dinner on one tray!

I wish I could describe with words how delicious this meal is.  These Ranch Pork Chops are so juicy and flavorful.  And those potatoes and sprouts, they are PERFECTLY cooked!  I like to serve this with some rice or a nice salad.  For clean up you just simple throw away the foil or parchment paper! This meal is ideal for those busy weeknights, and I know you and your family are going to love it!  So get in the kitchen and give this Ranch Pork Chop Sheet Pan Meal with Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts a try TONIGHT!

And as always...

  1. I had to laugh at your comment about freezer meals. I kinda feel the same way. We don't seem to like the taste of everything as well as doing it fresh. I still do some once in a while but not often. This meal looks delicious and Brussel sprouts are Bob's favorite veggie. Thank you for this recipe.
