Let's get started!

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS PUMPKIN SPICE MONKEY BREAD:
  • Easy & Quick:  Only a handful of ingredients and a few simple steps.
  • Cozy Fall Flavors:  Pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and ginger.
  • Perfect for Sharing:  Everyone can grab a piece of no slicing needed.
  • Crowd Pleaser:  A guaranteed hit at potlucks, brunch, or holiday gatherings.

INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

The ingredients needed to make the monkey bread.

  • 2 cans of Large Biscuits
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Ground Clove
  • 1 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. Ground Ginger
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup  Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt

HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN SPICE MONKEY BREAD:

  1. Preheat & Prep:  Preheat your oven 350°F and grease a bundt pan (or deep loaf pan if that's what you have.)
  2. Spice and Sugar Magic:  In a large zip-top bag, combine sugar, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and ginger.  Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss them in the spiced sugar until they're fully coated.
  3. Layer it up:  Place the coated biscuit pieces into your greased pan, layering them evenly.
  4. Pumpkin Butter Sauce:  In a small saucepan, melt the butter with pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.  Stir until smooth and pour this golden pumpkin-spiced goodness evenly over the biscuits.
  5. Bake:  Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is cooked through.  Let it cool for about 10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a plate.
  6. Enjoy the Fall Vibes:  Pull apart, serve warm, and watch it disappear!
