One Pot Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Pasta Recipe

Y'all I think I am falling in love with one pot meals.  I know, what's not to love?  But seriously, I just can't get enough of them.  I've been experimenting a lot and one of the REAL hits in my house lately has been this One Pot Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Pasta Recipe.

This quick & easy recipe for One Pot Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Pasta uses simple ingredients, is ready in 30 minutes, and the best part, you make it in one pan!  I KNOW you are going to love this one so let me show you how I make it.

TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE:

Q:  Can this be made vegan/vegetarian?

A:  Yes!  Easily so.  Here is how I do it.

Substitute Butler Soy Curls for the chicken (or your favorite plant based chicken). Rehydrate the soy curls in hot water for about  10 minutes. For extra flavor I like to soak them in vegetable broth OR Not Chicken bullion.  After 10 minutes drain them and then squeeze out any excess liquid. Treat it like the regular chicken from that point. It really adds to the flavor of the dish. For a vegan option I use my favorite plant based cream cheese and "cheddar" cheese. I also use Litelife Plant Based bacon or bacon bits. For vegetarian just make the meat and broth swap.

Q:  Can I use yellow cheddar instead of white?

A:  Yes.  In fact, if you are not a fan of cheddar, use whatever cheese you like.

  1. I'm going to make this tonight for dinner. You mentioned using an oven safe pan but I'm not seeing any mention of baking. Am I missing something?

    1. I'm sorry, I was going to mention that if you wanted the cheese to brown you could put it under the broiler. You would need an oven safe pan for that.
