We always have at least one night a week where we have what we call "fun food" meals. Usually it's pizza on Friday or something snacky during a ball game. One of our FAVORITE fun foods are these Italian Nachos!
A fun take on a traditional nacho recipe, these Italian Nachos bring a different kind of creaminess, zest, and spice to the table. I know you and your family are going to love it. This is how I make it.

Q: Can this be made vegan/vegetarian?
A: Yes. Beyond meat has a FABULOUS Italian sausage that I frequently use. I also have a great recipe for vegan alfredo sauce that I will link HERE. Aside from that you can swap the parmesan cheese with your favorite plant based option.
Q: Are there any alternatives to the tortilla chips?
A: Yes. My sister likes frying up wonton wrappers cut into strips for her nachos.
Q: Can you use jarred alfredo sauce?
A: Of course, but I have yet to find one that I love or would recommend.
