Smothered Breakfast Burrito Recipe

Breakfast is probably my favorite meal of the day.  Usually it's something simple like toast, eggs, and fruit.  However, occasionally I like to pull out all of the stops and make something really special.  Who am I kidding?  Usually these meals are for supper. lol  Anyway, when I really want to go all out I like to make these delicious Smothered Breakfast Burritos.

Using a few simple ingredients you can have these super filling burritos on the table in around 30 minutes.  I KNOW this is going to be a big hit with your entire family so let me show you how I make it.

TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE:

Q:  Can this be made vegan/vegetarian?

A:  Absolutely!  Simply use something like Just Egg or a tofu scramble as your egg base.  Then you can use your favorite vegan sausage or bacon.  For the gravy just use your favorite plant milk to make a homemade version.

Q:  Do I have to use sausage and egg?  

A:  No, the beauty of this recipe is that you can use any breakfast burrito filling that makes your little heart happy.  

Q:  Do I have to use canned gravy?
