I was influenced. While scrolling on TikTok the other day I kept seeing people cooking pork tenderloin in their air fryer. Honestly, outside of french fries and chicken nuggets, I don't really COOK in my air fryer, but I was intrigued. OH.MY.GOODNESS! This Marinated Pork Tenderloin in the Air Fryer was literally the best piece of meat I've had in a LONG time.
TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE:
Q: Do I have to make both of the tenderloins in the package?
A: No. But trust me when I say you will wish you had. This does freeze nicely so there is always that option.
Q: Can I reduce the oil?
A: I haven't tried it so I can't say for sure, but you can certainly try.
Q: Do I have to use brown sugar?
A: No, you can use any sweetener that you like, but I think makes the recipe. It adds a lot to the marinade.
Q: I'm gluten free what can I use in place of the soy sauce?
A: Coconut Aminos would work great in this!
Q: What kind of air fryer do you use? I have the original Nina Air Fryer. I love it.
** Make sure that your tenderloins are laying flat and not protruding upwards. They will burn if they are too close to the heating element.**
