Easy Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole Recipe

  • 2 (5 oz) Cans of Chicken in Water, drained
  • 2 (5.7 oz) packets of Knorr Broccoli Cheddar Rice
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp each Garlic Power, Onion Powder, and Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat Your Oven: to 350°F/176°C.
  2. Combine Ingredients:  In a large bowl combine the chicken, Knorr Broccoli Cheddar Rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, water, and spices.  
  3. Assemble the Casserole:  Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.  Spread it out evenly.
  4. Bake:  Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the pre-heated oven for 45 minutes.  
  5. Top with Cheese:  After 45 minutes, remove from oven, stir, and top with the cheese.  Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
