Easy Instant Pot Beef Tips in Gravy Recipe

If you follow me on social media (and if you're not, why? lol) then you know that I am doing a low spend/no spend January.  That means I will be cooking from my pantry for the next month.  I thought it would be fun to show you all of the meals that I come up with because each one will have minimal ingredients, be inexpensive, and absolutely delicious.   Let's kick things off with this Easy Instant Pot Beef Tips and Gravy Recipe

A bowl with green beans and noodles topped with the Easy Instant Pot Beef Tips in Gravy.

These beef tips were rich, tender, and rib sticking good.  Everyone in the house went back for more.

Let me show you how I made it.

Q: Do I have to use beef stew meat?

A: No.  You can use an entire chuck roast and cube it yourself.  I have even used top round steak, cubed up for this as well.

Q: Can I make this without the tomato sauce?

A: Yes.  It won't be as rich in flavor, but it will be good.

Q: Do I have to use Gravy Master?

A: No.  You can omit it all together or add soy sauce or Worcestershire.

Q:  I am gluten-free.  Do I have to serve it over noodles?

A:  No.  This is great over rice or mashed potatoes.

Q: Can this be made vegan?

A:  Yes!  Substitute the beef with jackfruit and use no-beef bullion in place of the beef stock.

And as always...

  1. Your site for beef tips and gravy has an ad over the ingredients list and can’t be removed so I can’t get to the ingredients.

  2. This beef tips recipe looks absolutely delicious! 😋 While I'm here checking out these mouthwatering recipes, I also wanted to share something I've been exploring lately. I've been looking into renewable energy options for my home in Connecticut, and I came across A1 Solar Store's range of solar panels at tailored specifically for our state. It's amazing to see how sustainable energy solutions like solar power can contribute to a greener future.
