INGREDIENTS:

For this Ritz Cracker Chicken Bake Recipe you will need a few simple ingredients:

The ingredients needed to make the Ritz Cracker Chicken Bake recipe.

  •  4-6 Thinly Sliced Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup of Sour Cream
  • 1 10.5 oz can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 15 oz can of Mixed Vegetables, drained
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers, crumbled
  • 1 Stick of Butter, Melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Preheat Your Oven:  Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.  Prepare the Chicken:  I HIGHLY recommend thinly sliced chicken for this recipe, but if you don't have that on hand no worries.  Just simply slice your chicken in half as I did here.  Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Make Ahead:  This dish can be assembled ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.  Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking straight from the fridge.
