Crockpot Swiss Chicken Recipe

The other day I was watching one of my favorite YouTubers, Mandy in the Making, and she was making this recipe for Crockpot Swiss Chicken. I knew IMMEDIATELY this was something I wanted to try.

I am so glad I did!  With just a few simple ingredients, this Crockpot Swiss Chicken dinner is super affordable and perfect for ANY night of the week!  I can't wait to share it with you so...

Let's Get Started!

For this Crockpot Swiss Chicken Recipe you will need a few simple ingredient:

  • 1 box of Stuffing Mix
  • 4-6 Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
  • 1 15 oz can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 6 slices of Swiss Cheese
  • 1/4 c Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/4 c Butter, melted

To begin you will want to either spray your crockpot with some cooking spray or line it with a slow cooker liner.

Place the chicken in the bottom of your crockpot.

Next season the chicken with the poultry seasoning.

I also added a little salt and pepper, but you may want to wait to the end because there is a lot of salt in this dish.

After that combine the cream of chicken soup and milk into a mixing bowl and whisk together.

Pour the soup and milk mixture over the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Place the swiss cheese over the chicken and sauce.

I find doing it this way will help the stuffing mixture not get soggy.

After that pour the stuffing mix over the chicken and cheese making sure it is an even layer.

Now drizzle the melted butter over the stuffing and place the lid on the slow cooker.

Turn the crockpot to LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.

I cooked mine for 3 hours.

This is what your Crockpot Swiss Chicken Recipe will look like in the slow cooker when it is finished.

And here is what it looks like on the plate!  This Crockpot Swiss Chicken was so creamy and flavorful, and I love the added texture of the crunch from the stuffing.  I served mine with a side of lima beans, but this would be great with some mashed potatoes and broccoli!  I know you are gonna love this Crockpot Swiss Chicken so get in the kitchen and give it a try tonight!  Also, a big thanks to Mandy for allowing me to share this recipe!

And as always...
