Have you ever made naan bread? Im going to try it! It calls for a cup of greek yogurt. So at the moment I am making yogurt in my IP.
ReplyDeleteI have not, but I would love to give it a try! You will have to let me know how it goes!
DeleteMandee, do you oil both sides of your naan? I've only tried making pizza with it one time before and the bottom crust just didn't get crunchy. I even tried par-baking it without any luck. So anxious to try your recipe!!
ReplyDeleteWe have a weekly pizza supper with Naan, aka Greek pocketless pitas..😉
ReplyDeleteLove ❤️ your recipe..I now use a brushing of creamy Caesar salad dressing to start instead of olive oil on bottom of naan…WOW..garlic, oil and parm! And chicken was leftover Bbq rotisserie pieces…( but I won’t tell from which huge warehouse chain..lol)
