Like everyone else I have been trying to clean up my diet a little in the new year, and like you I am always looks for new and creative meals ideas to make eating healthy a little easier. That's why when I saw a picture of this Big Mac Bowl on my friend's Facebook wall I KNEW I had to try it!
This Big Mac Bowl Recipe has all of the great flavor of one of our favorite American classics and I can't wait to share it with you so...
Let's Get Started!
Big Mac Bowl Recipe:
*Prep Time: 10 minutes *Cook Time: -- *Difficulty: Easy *Servings: 4 salads
Ingredients:
- 3 Hearts of Romaine, chopped
- 1 lb. Ground Beef, cooked
- 1 Red Onion, Diced
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- Thousand Island Dressing
- Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Ground Pepper
To begin you will need to season your ground beef with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and cook it until it is fully brown and no longer pink.
Now place some of the lettuce into the bowl of your choice. I like a nice big one.
Then sprinkle some of the cooked ground beef over top.
After that sprinkle some of the cheese,
The diced onion,
A little thousand island dressing,
And finally top it off with a little sweet pickle relish.
When I bit into this delicious Big Mac Bowl I was BLOWN AWAY at how much it tasted like the real deal! So if you are trying to clean up your eating, but still want to indulge in something naughty then you will definitely want to give this Big Mac Bowl Recipe a try!
