I love my Instant Pot. Everyday I'm finding new ways to make my favorite recipes a whole lot easier. One such recipe is my rice pilaf. Not that rice pilaf in itself is difficult to make, but with the Instant Pot there is a lot less babysitting it.
Full of rich, savory flavor, rice pilaf is one of my all time favorite side dishes, and by making it in the Instant Pot I can set it, forget it, and focus on the other elements of my meal. I can't wait to share with you how I make it, so here you go!

TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE:
Q: Can I use anything other than orzo?
A: Yes. You can use broken spaghetti noodles or omit it all together and just use rice.
Q: Do I have to add celery?
A: No, but in my opinion it will affect the flavor.
Q: Do I have to add garlic?
A: No, but I would recommend using garlic powder.
Q: Do I have to add onion?
A: No, but again I recommend adding onion powder.
Q: Can this be made vegan/vegetarian?
A: YES! Simply swap the chicken broth for vegetable broth.
