Dirty Coke Recipe

Hello Kitchen Fam!  So recently I posted on Instagram a picture of my summer guilty pleasure, a Dirty Coke.  Well, SO many of you ask me about it, how I make it, etc that I thought I would just do a blog post on it.

I originally heard about it on the YouTube channel She's In Her Apron.  She lives in Utah where apparently this is a BIG thing.  Well, I have always loved lime in a Coke, and I mean, how could coconut NOT be good it in!?!  So I decided to give it a try and OH MY STARS it has been my weekend beverage of choice ALL summer!  I can't wait to share it with you so...

Let's Get Started!

Dirty Coke:
*Prep Time: 3 min *Cook Time: -- *Difficulty:  Easy *Servings: 1 Dirty Coke

Ingredients:

So to begin you are going to want to have a nice, tall glass of ice.
I have found that in my experience with the Dirty Coke, ice is key.

Then you will add 1 Tbsp of the Torani Coconut Flavoring Syrup.

I wasn't able to find this syrup anywhere near me, but I was able to find it on Amazon so I will link that right ((HERE)).

Next you will add the lime juice.

I have used fresh lime juice and the kind out of the bottle.  In my humble opinion it didn't matter either way.  It pretty much tasted the same.

Now add your Coke!

Stir and enjoy!

BUT WAIT!

Let's just say it's Friday night and you want to unwind for the weekend.

Well, you can turn this Dirty Coke into a DIRRRTY Coke by adding 1/4 c of Malibu Rum.

Just sayin'.....

So there you have it!  My summer beverage obsession, The Dirty Coke!  Try with caution, it is addicting.  LOL  So anyway, have a great day Kitchen Fam.

And as always...
