Baked Sesame Chicken Recipe

I don't know about you, but I'm busy.  It seems like there are always a million and one things that need to be done, followed by a million and two places that I need to go.  When life gets busy it becomes all too easy to just eat out.  However, that can get expensive, and it's not all that healthy either.  That's why my Baked Sesame Chicken Recipe is the perfect busy night meal.

This Baked Sesame Chicken is a one pot meal, that is ready and on the table in 30 minutes. I can't wait to share it with you!

Let's Get Started...

Baked Sesame Chicken Recipe:
*Prep Time:  10 min.  *Cook Time: 30 min.  *Difficulty:  Easy  *Servings:  4

Ingredient:

All of the ingredients needed to make the baked sesame chicken.

  • 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sriracha
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 4 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • Pepper
To begin, preheat your oven to 425 degrees.


The pieces of raw chicken, cubed, and placed in a foil lined baking dish.

Next, line a baking dish with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
Add the cubed chicken to the baking dish.

All of the ingredients for the sesame glaze in a mixing bowl.

In a mixing bowl combine the olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, sriracha sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper.

Whisk everything together in the bowl.

Now pour the sesame glaze over the chicken and toss so that all of the pieces of chicken are coated.
Then place the baking dish into the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
