- 10 Fajita-size Flour or Corn Tortillas
- 1 (16 oz) Can of Refried Beans
- 8 oz of Shredded Cheese
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

The effortless preparation of these Easy 3 Ingredient Bean and Cheese Flautas is one of the things that appealed to me most. You don't need any fancy kitchen gadgets or culinary skill. Literally anyone can do this. Here's how it's done.
- Place a frying pan over medium/high heat and cover the bottom with a light oil such as vegetable oil. Allow the oil to get hot.
- While the oil is heating wrap your tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 1 minutes. This will make the tortillas more pliable and easier to rool.
