For this Vegan Creamy Cajun Cauliflower you will need a few simple ingredients:
- 1 lb of Pasta
- 1 Head of Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 c Plant-Based Milk
- 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
To begin, preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Bring to a simmer.

Vegan Creamy Cajun Pasta Recipe
Creamy and spicy this Vegan Creamy Cajun Cauliflower Pasta Recipe is super easy to make with ingredients you already have at home!

Ingredients
- 1 lb of Pasta
- 1 Head of Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 c Plant-Based Milk
- 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Place the cut cauliflower into a lard mixing bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil. Add the cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until all of the cauliflower is coated.
- Place on a baking sheet in a single layer, place in the oven, and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Mix the milk and cornstarch together.
- Pour the milk mixture into a deep pan. Bring to a simmer.
- Whisk in the nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer until desired thickness.
- Add the cooked pasta and roasted cauliflower.
- Toss until everything is coated with the sauce.
- Serve and Enjoy!
