I love a great quick and easy recipe that uses minimal ingredients and is ready in UNDER 30 minutes.
This Easy Korean Beef Recipe is one we ALWAYS have in our back pocket.

Using ingredients that many of you already have in your pantry, you can create this easy meal in the time that it takes to cook your rice.  Your entire family is going to love it so
Let's Get Started!

The ingredients needed to make the Easy Korean Beef Rice Bowls.

2 lb. Ground Beef

1 c Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

1 tsp. Minced Ginger

1/2 tsp Crushed Red Chili Flakes

4 Scallions, chopped

4 Cloves of Garlic, minced

1 Tbsp Cornstarch

Ground beef being browned in a skillet.

To begin you will need to brown your ground beef until brown and no longer pink.

All of the ingredients for the Korean Beef Rice Bowl Sauce in a liquid measuring cup.

While the ground beef is browning, you can combine the soy sauce, scallions, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, chili flakes, and cornstarch in a small mixing bowl and mix together.

The sauce being added to the skillet.

Pour the soy sauce mixture over everything, and make sure to toss it all together until everything is coated.

Lower the heat to medium/high, cover, and simmer until the sauce thickens and your Easy Korean Beef is ready!

I lay out my bed of rice and scoop the Korean Beef over the rice and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of it.  If you wanted to make this low carb, you can serve it over a bed of cauliflower rice which is equally delicious.  Like I said, this is a great recipe to keep on hand for those busy night!  I know your family is going to love it so give is a try tonight!
