Cranberry and Red Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip Recipe

This time of year you never know when someone is going to pop in to make merry.  It can be stressful for sure, but it doesn't have to be.  During the Christmas season I always try to keep some simple entertaining staples on hand for quick and easy appetizers like this Cranberry and Red Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip.  


Three ingredients and a few spices and this crowd pleaser is on the table in no time!  I know you're gonna love it so...

Let's Get Started!


For this Cranberry and Red Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip Recipe you will need:


  • 1 jar of Red Pepper Jelly
  • 1/2 can of Cranberry sauce (Jelly or whole works fine)
  • 1 8 oz.  Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Cumin 
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

To begin you will pour the red pepper jelly into a mixing bowl.


Next add HALF the can of cranberry sauce.


Add the cumin and...


lime juice.


Lastly season with salt and...


pepper.


Mix it all together and you are ready!  It's that simple.

Cranberry and Red Pepper Jelly Dip Recipe:

Ingredients:
  • 1 jar of Red Pepper Jelly
  • 1/2 can of Cranberry sauce (Jelly or whole works fine)
  • 1 8 oz.  Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Cumin 
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions:
  1. In a mixing bowl combine the red pepper jelly, cranberry sauce, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix together well. 
  3. Place the brick of cream cheese on a platter,  spoon the sauce over the cream cheese, and surround with crackers. 
  4. Serve and Enjoy!

  1. I have extra red pepper jelly at home now that I'm not making another batch of cranberry meatballs, so I'm saving this recipe to make it this weekend!! Looks amazing!
