  • 1-2 LB of Sirloin Steak, diced
  • 1 (12 oz) package of Cheese Tortellini
  • 2 cups Frozen Pepper and Onion Blend (you can also use fresh)
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 6 oz of Parmesan Garlic Wing Sauce
  • Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper

  2. Remove the steak from the pan and add the peppers and onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tender and caramelized. Add the garlic and cook a minute longer. Remove from the pan and add the the steak.
  3. Add the tortellini and chicken broth to the pan. Bring to a boil and cook for approximately 10 minutes until the liquid has reduced by half and the pasta is fully cooked.
  4. Return the steak, peppers, and onions to the pan and add the garlic parmesan wing sauce. Stir everything together and simmer 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, top with the shredded parmesan, cover and let sit until the cheese has melted.

  1. What kind of peppers if you are using fresh and when do you get your wing sauce?

    1. I used a frozen pepper and onion blend for this particular post, but you can certainly use fresh. If you use fresh use what you like. I like red and green for color, but use what you want. And I got the wing sauce from Walmart. It's the Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce.
