- ½–1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- ¼–½ cup water
Instructions
Step 1: Rehydrate
Soak soy curls in hot broth for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess liquid.
Step 2: Coat
Toss soy curls with hoisin, vegan oyster sauce, and soy sauce.
Step 3: Sear
