Pumpkin Bread Supreme Recipe

Well, the first pumpkin spice latte of the season has been born (did anyone else watch that live stream on Starbucks Facebook Page?) and the Everything Pumpkin Spice Season has begun!  It's truly one of my favorite food times of year, and I am absolutely ecstatic to with your this recipe for my Pumpkin Bread Supreme!  


We are about to take Pumpkin Bread to the next level, I am in NO WAY kidding!  If you love pumpkin spice, then you're gonna love this so...

Let's Get Started!



Pumpkin Bread Supreme:
*Prep Time: 10 Minutes *Cook Time:  1 hr 15 min *Difficulty:  Easy  *Servings:  1 Loaf

Ingredients: 


  • 1 2/3 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c pumpkin puree
For the cheesecake filling:
  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
To begin, you will need to preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

Now its time to make the cream cheese filling.  



In a small mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg, and vanilla.


Then, using a mixer, beat until smooth.

Now it's on to the bread.


In a large bowl combine the flour,


baking soda,


Salt,


Nutmeg (I used fresh, but you can use ground),


Cinnamon,


And pumpkin spice seasoning.


Whisk them all together.


In a separate mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree,


eggs,


Oil,


And sugar.


Then, using the hand mixer, beat until smooth.


Add the flour mixture a third at a time to the pumpkin mixture.


And mix until smooth with a rubber spatula.
Continue this step until all the flour is worked into the pumpkin mixture.


Now it's time to start building this bad boy.

You will need to place HALF the the pumpkin bread batter into the bottom of a GREASED bread pan.


Next, spoon the cheesecake mixture into the pan.


After that, spread the cheesecake mixture over the pumpkin bread mixture with the back of your spoon.


Now spoon the rest of the pumpkin bread batter over the cheesecake filling and


Spread over the top.


place into the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes


Until a toothpick in placed into the center comes out clean.


Place on the counter for 10-15 minutes to cool in the pan.


Then remove from the pan and place on a cooling rack to cool completely.


Dust it with some powdered sugar and


You are ready to serve!

Ingredients: 
  • 1 2/3 c all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c pumpkin puree
For the cheesecake filling:
  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:

  1. To begin, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. 
  2. For the cream cheese middle, Combine the cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg and the vanilla in a small mixing bowl and beat until smooth. 
  3. For the bread, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and the pumpkin pie spice into a mixing bowl and whisk together. 
  4. In a large mixing bowl add the vegetable oil, sugar, eggs and the pumpkin puree and beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
  5. Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture a third at a time, and stir with a rubber spatula until smooth.  
  6. Pour half of the pumpkin bread batter into a greased loaf pan. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the top of this layer and spread evenly, then add the remaining pumpkin bread batter.
  7. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before removing, then place on a wire rack and cool completely before slicing.
  8. Dust with some powdered sugar.
  9. Serve and Enjoy!
