2 Ingredient White Chicken Chili Queso Dip

The queso and chips on a white platter with a bag of the chili behind it, and the text at the top.

Can I tell y'all something?  This girl LOVES her some Sunday football!  Oh yeah!  I sho 'nuff do! Here's the problem though.  For the last two weeks my favorite team has kicked-off at 1 o'clock.  By the time I get home from church there is NO TIME to make any of those delicious football snacks we all love. That was until I decided to make it a #ProgressoGameDay with my 2 Ingredient White Chicken Chili Queso using Progresso's new Chili and Stews.

That's right, I said it only takes TWO ingredients, and is ready in FIVE minutes.  You are going to go wild for  this recipe so...

Let's Get Started!

2 Ingredient White Chicken Chili Queso:
*Prep Time:  2 min.  *Cook Time:  5 min.  *Difficulty:  Easy  *Servings: 8-10

Ingredients:

A picture of the Progresso chili in a bag and a box of processed cheese.

The processed cheese cut up into cubes.

It's like this, there are just some things that can't be duplicated from scratch, and processed cheese is one of them.   It melts so easily and the creaminess it provides is just second to none.  That is why it is always my first choice for queso.

You are going to need to cut the cheese block up into cubes.

The processed cheese being added into a sauce pot on the stove.

Place the cubes into a sauce pan over medium/high heat.

The Progresso Southwest White Chicken Chili being added to the sauce pot on the stove.

Next you will add the bag of Progresso Southwest White Chicken Chili w/Beans to the pot.

The chili and cheese being stirred together, in the pot, with a rubber spatula.

Continuously stir as the cheese melts and the chili heats through.

The chili and cheese perfectly melted, in the pot, on the stove.

Once the queso is perfectly smooth you are ready to go!

The queso, in a bowl, on a platter, with chips

Look at how beautiful that is!  You would never guess that it was made during a commercial break!

An overhead shot of the queso in the bowl surrounded by chips.

The Progresso Southwest White Chicken Chili w/ Beans adds the perfect texture and spice to this dip.  You won't have to add anything else!

Now pardon me while I go in for a bite.  Oooooo Yeah!
