Fresh Bread.

I could stop right there and not have to say another word.  I mean, who doesn't like fresh bread?  A better question would be what holiday meal would be complete without a piping hot, Homemade Dinner Roll? Not any of mine, I'll tell you that much.  This dinner roll recipe has been in my family as long as I can remember.  It is my Grandma Racer's and they are delicious.  The thing I remember most about these during the holidays is that my grandma could fit so many of these yummy morsels into a baking pan, but they were still so fluffy.

The best part about these Homemade Dinner Rolls is that not only are they probably the BEST dinner rolls you will ever eat, they are effortless to make. I know these are going to become a staple on your table so let's get started!

After the second raise, brush the tops of the rolls with the egg white.
This will give the rolls a lovely brown color and a nice sheen.
